aeg santo 3274-7 kg fridge freezer.............fridge keeps?

freezing. the control panel has a white square in the top box.........instead of a number. I realise this is a problem in the fridge but do not know which part needs repalceing and how to do it.? Could anyone help me please.? Many thanks

evaporator sensor.Whole evaporate has to be pulled out the back of the fridge to fit it and top off and electronics out the front unless you splice wiring.not easy and you think you are breaking it to get the evaporator out as it bends it!
