britony combi se no flame detected?

our boiler has come up with the no flame detected warning. we have tried the reset button & the pressure is ok, but it is still not working. does anyone have any ideas?

pump runs
fan runs
no sparking
if gas valve is opening would suggest APS is working OK
then would concentrate on spark generator & ignition electrode
if gas valve is not opening would check APS & PCB

doesn't ignite at all,
yes, yes & no

"sounds like its going to light as normal"
it sounds as though your saying its not even igniting
so lets check the ignition sequence
can you hear the pump run? YES/NO
can you hear the fan run? YES/NO
can you hear sparking? YES/NO

sorry not sure what model it is.
yes lights 70 & 80 are flashing.
sounds likeit's going to ignite as normal,
then after about 5 seconds the red warning
light & the 70/80 lights come on

britony combi SE [80 or 100?]
GCN 47-980-[16 or 17]
no flame detected
presumably LEDs 70 & 80 are flashing
boiler not firing at all normally means checking gas supply & ignition system
boiler firing but not staying on means checking flame detection system
