power cut out on triton ivory 2?

i went to change the hose and water came out of the bottom of the unit now there is no power to the shower at all the main fuse is ok is it just a safety cut out or could it be the prv

you should have a trip switch and an isolation switch somewhere in the circuit to the shower unit
