Hi i have the washer dryer above and have a metal bra bone stuck between the metal drum and outer casing of the drum. Can anyone tell me the easiest way to get it out. without taking the whole drum out of the machine. Also is it ok to turn this machine on its side or upside down will any water soak any of the electrics. Thanks for any help

You need to remove the back panel and then remove the heating element.shine a light inside the drum and look through where the element has been removed.Hopefully you can remove it that way.laying machine down isn't advised as you say water can leak in to electrics.laying on its back is the least risky
