Please help with my synergy 2150 handset, it is ... after charging?

My Synergy 2150 handset does not respond any key press after charging. If I disconnect the battery and reconnect again, the phone works. I change a new battery, the problem is still there.
Any help would be very appreciated.

I have exactly the same problem with 2 BT Synergy 2110's. I have bought 2 new batteries - no solution. They both configure properly with the base station - a 2120. Let me know if you find a solution - I'll do the same for you.
