this site would work a lot better if the people asking the question could stick to a simple format
make of boiler
model of boiler
gas council number if known
description of fault
fault codes or lights
but they wont
doesnt matter how many times you ask them
if there was only 1 boiler manufacturer in the world making only 1 model of boiler then i wouldnt have to go through this rigmarole
unfortunately there are 1000s of boilers out there
i feel like im stuck in groundhog day
keep asking same question over & over again

why dont you use your crystal ball to find out make & model of boiler instead of expecting cust to provide that kind of VITAL information?
crystal balls are issued as standard kit nowadays for professional diagnostic gas engineers
they also help in fault diagnosis
i use my crystal ball in preference to manufacturers instructions/fault finding guides or partsarena
also comes in handy when picking winning lotto numbers
