how can i fix my potterton profile ?

boiler will not fire up till i press re set button it runs fine till gose off on timer then have to press re set to start it up again

i have a potterton profile . when you turn it on you get the fan then you get a click but no fire , i have fitted pcb board ,gas valve wot could it be
