how can i fix the horn in my ford fiesta flight 2002?

i recently got my ford fiesta flight 2002 cleaned underneath since then the horn does not work.how can this be fixed?????????????????????????????

remove horn,give it a shake and listen for water,try upending it to empty it,may still work.
