just filled my tank on 307 made clicking noise but i put more in make it ev?

filled my car tank up today was clicking at 76 pound but i put more in so it went to 80 when i came out the car was having a wee under middle near end but tank still says full can any one help

it was most likely coming out of breather pipe for tank that lets the air back in.the tank would be filling up the neck so will be higher than breather and it ran out
