What is wrong with my tumble dryer? Zanussi Electrolux TC7103w?

My tumble dryer is only blowing out cold air and not hot so my clothes are not drying? Could you tell me how to fix this? looking at instructions could be the thermostat? Its a zanussi Electrolux TC 7103W.

Great! How would i test this? I mean where would i find a multimeter??Would i need to call a specific appliance engineer out for this?

thermostat or heater but you need to use a multimeter and test both these components before going out to buy new bits
