Lights 3 and 4 are flashing. Machine appears to not empty. I'm assuming it might be the pump but does anyone have a diagram to show me how to disconnect and remove so that I can replace this?

no need for diagram,most machines need to have side ,top,and bottom floor loosened to get access to drain pump.this is the unit with 2 wires and drain pipe towards outer side off machine.if you lucky it could be just some foreign matter inside pump.pump either clip off or screw off from drain pump motor.little logic will get you far

Check your filters first, then pipe work. Then listen for the pump running, when it should. You should not need a diagram, turn on side, you will get a lot of water running out, I use old bath towels, to lay them on. self explanitory, when you see it.
