Hi Sarah. The first thing I'd try is setting the mode switch to each mode and press clear (C). So, switch to R mode, press C, switch to X mode, press C etc. If it stops beeping in any mode (other than off) then you have pressed an incorrect button in that mode. If it doesn't stop beeping, you probably have a printer problem. Look for jammed paper or anything stopping the printer from running.
