How can I fix my AEG Lavatherm 59800 Condenser Dryer with Heat Pump?

The water is not being collected in the water reservoir, its running down to the bottom of the machine behind the door for the fluff filter

have you cleaned the heat pump at the front of all the fluff and replaced the filter or at least cleaned it?
