i struggle to get into 1st second and reverse when engine/gears are warm. its always after a journey from motorway when i have been travelling in fourth gear. any help i am gratefully for

and you drive a motorbike ,car.truck,bus,van,taxi,mobile home ..it's an auto ,manual with mechanical linkage ,cable linkage
