Resetting a Dimplex Wall mounted panel heater?

Hi,

Purchased 4 of the above wall mounted panel heaters (type 2NC3242LT) last year and one just wont turn on. Have tried the reset button on top several times with no luck. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
