How to determine if the problem is mecanical or electrical? First, rear ac went out.Next the front ac. Also had problems with stereo and lights. Had to run wire straight from battery to fuse box to get interior lights and stereo to work. This was about the same time had problem with ac ,heater,and defroster.

If this is a conversion van there isn`t telling where the problem might be ......we used to have so many problems with these at the dealship they quit buying them ........especially ac problems
