Hi,

I've just finished an engine rebuild on my 250 superdream and am a bit stumped with the clutch, the clutch lever feels like it's working but doesn't dis-engage the gear box, however all the gear engage ok without the engine running.

i'd appreciate any help or advice anyone could offer.

are clutch plates sticking, put bike in gear (do not start engine)pull clutch lever in .then try rocking bike back and forth to free clutch plates.
