Zanussi Tce 7124 W All lights flashing?

My tumble dryer won't start but all the lights are flashing in sequence. Has anyone met this problem before?

if lights sequence it usually suggests it in test mode however all you do is turn it off and on to reset so if it doesn't you would suspect faulty main pcb
