my samsung fridge freezer was making a noise like it was shutting down so i took the back off and hoovered it. dog hair and dust greeted me. the freezer temp is fine but i cant st the fridge temp. it keeps going back to ten. it was on three before i switched it off to clean t. can you help

you probably have a defrosting issue as well, plug it out and defrost the freezer side, ideally it needs dismantling to see if there is a big build up of ice in there , if so when its defrosted plug it back in and if the temp in the fridge area comes back to normal and stays normal somebody didnt close the doors properly, if the problem comes back after a week or so the defrost elements are not doing their job. it may be down to the condenser being clogged up causing an over run
