my appliance will not switch on.,as soon as l switch the socket on it is pluged to it trips off.have tried changed the fuse, no joy.it has triped before but was when steam button was pressed in for to long.please help. l dont know what model it is but the steam button has tobe held in.if any one can give me advice on how to fix it that would be great. l wasnt having any problems with it prior to breakdown
