Accenta 8 - low voltage output?

None of my PIRs LEDs are lit any more after a fault with one which was replaced. The battery / supply voltage in the panel is ~13V but the supply output to the PIRs is only 200mV. Can anyone confirm if this means I am going to need a new PCB (something damaged in the low-voltage power circuitry)?

Have you checked the fuses contained within the panel?,

Sounds like the AUX fuse may have blown, use your meter and check all fuses are intact. If you are not confident working on a live panel then remove mains power for your own safety.

How old is the control backup battery?

You cannot test the battery using a multimeter!
