ticking nissan almera engine!?

My W reg 1.5 Nissan Almera SE engine has recently started making a ticking noise which gets faster when you accelerate... I think it's on the passenger side but can't be certain. Does anybody have any idea what that might be and would it be expensive to repair?

The noise sounds like your HLA (sometime know as Tappets) Check your oil level if its low top it up. If this doesn't fix it then switching the oil for a slightly thicker (not much thicker though) better qualiy one should fix the noise.
