i have an 03 1.4 16v megane and it wount start. everything else is working fine its a key card one. ive checked the fuses inside the car and under the bonnet and all ok. another forum says it could be fuse 19... i cant find the dam thing. has anybody any ideas. i got it pluged onto a snap-on computer and it says no faults...
