optima xl keypad fault can i fix it ?

my mother in-law has a fault with her optima xl keypad , numbers do not respond when pressed is it possible to get a new keypad or is a new alarm the best way to go

Are you saying none of the keypad no's/buttons respond?

If it's just your user code entry keys that are failing intermittently ,then you could change your user code to the keys that function.
