my tenant reports that using any upstairs socket sets her alarm off! she has not used the alarm to date as she has no code for it. i asked her to press reset button-this brought up "tamper" notice/light but would not allow her to get a reset code. she has never had a code to use the alarm. any ideas how i can solve what appears to be 2 problems please? who can i phone for customer service? -so far i've been unable to find anybody.

I dont know why some knock Honeywell`s attitude. You fit their kit get trained.
I consider myself an expert on them and on the occasional time when I call I sometimes just get referred to the manual.
But I get a little more attention as I helped/made them rewrite the G3/Dimension one :D
