My mini moto smokes a lot and when I try to rev it it won't rev just dies on what do you think could be the problem?

I had one where the reeds had rust holes in over fueld like mad,Check the reeds are ok,try runing without air filter,strip x clean carb, check enogh fuel coming out from tank,try fresh fuel with lower oil mix pos too much oil choking up enjin. Try neat fuel small amont to clear threw give short run up see if improves dont run mutch after all the smoke clears thow or damage will oker,
