having difficulty getting hot water,when turning on hot tap boiler comes to life,fan comes on etc but no flame.if you turn boiler off then on again quickly a few times will normally get it working.also exatly same problem when turning on heating.
i suspect this is an electrical problem as as rapid switching power normaly gets it working.
