my petrol flap is not lockibg on my vauxhall Zafira?

Hi

My fuel cap is not locking on my vauxhall zafira. It is all meant to be done via central locking but it's not.

Anyone any ideas?

it is a pin that comes out when locked check to see its in line and free.l think if you lock it with the flap open you can see it working it my need a spray with wd40 to free it up
