TBH Alarm, it's these sort of folk that have paid our wages over the years,makes me think if they leave their brains at work.

Go into engineering and leave it between programmes,

Google for the 9448 engineering manual, all the info you need is in there,if the engineering code doesn't work for you get back to us.

How old is the backup battery ?

When was this system last serviced ?

Has the alarm started activating when not set ?

If you can answer yes to my last question ,then the backup battery needs replacing.
