How to fix White Knight 77AW Condensor Tumble Dryer?

My tumble dryer revolves & heats up fine, but takes a very long time to dry even a light load of laundry. The front door, lint filter is constantly wet, although given time, like 3 hours will go dry. The condensor is spotless clean but wet. The fine waste pipe from back of condensor to water tank is all clear. How does the condensate get from condensor to the condensate tank? As its at the top of the dryer. Does it rely on the fan that pushes hot air into the drum from the heater matrix to achieve this, or is there another component that extracts the condensate up to the condensate tank? I have a White Knight 77AW Condensor Dryer, 4 years old.

The Condensor is spotless clean, & the heater seems fine. Having stripped the dryer down to trace where the condensate pipe originates from, i suspect that the drain pump, that i guess extracts the condensate from the drum to the condensate tank is defective. On espares that comes in at £40 + VAT = P&P. Apart from that there really is nothing else to prevent the dryer from working as per design. Any comments on this statement?

have you power washed out the condenser unit at the bottom to allow good air flow?.other than that is the whole heater working as it is 2 elements together.Broken fan would also cause issue but usually noisy!
