what can I check for fault diagnosis?

the thing seems to work aok aside from the lack of heat, reasonably capable of fixing this myself if I know which bit has gone wrong and I can get hold of the replacement part

pcb heater relay has a bad joint and needs resoldering.this requires the pcb removing from the control panel and then removing from it's plastic housing to be able to resolder joints OR heating element open circuit.Need to test resistance across the terminals.Approx 29ohms is good OR loose wiring on pressure switch OR faulty pressure switch,There are other reasons as well!
