why doesnt my mower cut on the right side?

I have a craftsman mower and it cuts little to no grass on the right side (discharge side). I have sharpened the blades, checked the belt (it is tight), and changed the mandrel. It's a 42" cut and the model # is 917.270532. Any advice would be appreciated.

Yes it is turning the right way. I gave the model number to the parts sales person and they said it was the right one. I installed it the same way the old one came off and the way the one is on the left side. They both turn in a clock wise rotation if your looking down on the deck.

This might be a silly question, but (depending on the model) when you changed the mandrel, did you fit the correct 'hand' of blade? Put another way - is it turning in the right direction, and is it mounted the right way up? Some models have contra-rotating blades, others don't.
