ok first remove the cowling ,should be a few screws,then remove the part where the ignition wires go to.this should be held to the barrel by a couple of very small screws..then to remove the barrel you will need to tap out the screws that hold the barrel in place. as these are anti theft they will be smooth and you will need a sharp punch to tap them out.it sounds complicated but is very simple ,just be patient. ive done this job a few times and it is easy .if you need to strip the key barrel from the casing youre best using a needle and insert it into the small holes to alow it to slide out.as with any job first remove the earth from the battery just in case. hope this helps
