Help ! I have tried everything on this site but to no avail.
I have made sure the transmitter has batteries in that work and is set on run and auto.
I've taken it off the wall taken it close to the receiver but the receiver is showing no lights what so ever no matter what I press, no red, green orange.
The back of my transmitter has a test and learn button and the receiver has only an override and learn button which have the words Reset at the side of them.
Please does anyone have any ideas suggestions.The receiver seems totally dead to me and the transmitter is sending the signal denoted by the black triangle. Help its chilly........

sounds like you need a new receiver unit
wireless room stats are inherently unreliable
would recommend you install old fashioned ultra reliable hard wired room stat/programmer
