My boiler is a Ferroli Optimax HE Plus 38C. It stopped working last night and is displaying fault code A62 which is not listed in the manual. What does it mean?

you can phone up ferroli technical helpline
it should be listed in the boiler manual
they will be able to explain all faults listed & unlisted
they might be even able to talk you through a reset procedure to get the boiler working again
its worth a try
failing that they should be able to advise you of cause of boiler fault
