how do i take the front kick board thing off at the front please of beko wm?

people have suggested taking off the front kick board to check for blockage as my beko 5kg A+A class wsm seems to be spinning but not draining and consequently stop part way through its cycle. just don't know how to take this board thing off ? thanks

have had a fiddle and it seems with a screw driver it can be levered off. however , now stuck how to get the cap thing off so i can see if it's blocked ? any ideas ???
