Hi

the tamper light on the keypad keeps activating with a audible sound every 20 mins, I re set ok then it happens again, please help it is driving us mad

Thanks for the replies, I must add that it is not our fault as we have only just moved into the house !!

Can anyone tell me where the battery is located, what kind ,where to get one and how to replace it ?
