I have tried so many things to get my washing machine to rinse the fabric conditioner , I wanted to ask if there is something obvious that I can do ...? I've cleaned , done a hit wash , used whie vinegar , taken the blue part of the drawer out. What's up with it....? Any ideas are much appreciated x

Thanks but tried all of your suggestions and still nothing . We took the top of the machine and all looks ok? Also do u know what e symbol on the screen means . Error perhaps ? Thanks for your help

low water pressure or holes above conditioner compartment blocked with gunk.remove whole soap draw and look in compartment at the top.check holes are clean
