How can I get my Zanussi hob fixed?

I have recently moved into a house with a Zanussi glass halogen hob, which appears to be faulty. The two hotplates on the left operate perfectly but the ones on the right do not heat up, even though the LCDs on the touch pad indicate that they are heating up.
