Remove lid, then all screws around back panel plus 3 larger ones in centre attached to the drum shaft bracket, but why do you need to remove the back? if your dryer does not get hot try the red reset button on the back of the machine on right 2/3 the way up. Then clean out the filter and vent outlet, or condenser box if it is a condenser dryer.Cheers
