the alarm strobe light as stopped working on the external box cant get into box without setting alam off is there any way of disarming the system whilst removing the box lid to replace strobe.

If your strobe has gone you would probably better of replacing the bellbox I'm assuming it's few years old that way your security not compromised

Genuine question or not, you won't get your answer from here.

Sorry but think about the nature of your question,and how an answer may help you,but compromise everyone else's security.

Figure it out yourself or call a pro in,I also would like to warn you of the high voltages within the sounder,especially the highly dangerous voltages that run the strobe tube.

Take extra care,but you really need a pro out to it.
