Key failing to open the bonnet for Ford Mondeo2001. How can I open the bonnet Iam stuck by the road side NO Tools only a wheel spanner please help

it may be very difficult to gain access where you are.Is your key worn,maybe a spray of wd40 would help also,a regular application of spray grease is essential on these if you dont want problems in the future,in the end it may need drilled out and a new lock fitted
