Where can i purchase a special tool to enable me to remove the pipe from the power steering fluid cooler so i can replace with a new one on a Ford Focus 1999.

I am not sure what tool you are on about,I done Focus p.a.s pipes a couple of months ago and the cooler was part of the whole pipe assy which did not come separate and you had to purchase the whole pipe assy as a unit and fitted as one complete system.Is it the gland nut onto the pump you are on about which are bad for leaking and again the whole pipe assy has to be replaced when this happens.
