Fan in oven started to come loose is there a way to tighten it up from inside the oven or do you have to get in the back

Without make or model can only say if you have a removable backplate inside the oven you can remove this and see the fan blade, hold the blade still and tighten the fan nut, in most cases the nut will be left hand thread ( turn anti clockwise to tighten).Cheers
