How can I get the top of my Electrolux coffe machine?

I have recently purchased an Electrolux Espresso Maker Cremapresso EEA260. The instructions are in Thai, which I am unable to read. The coffee dispenser stays sucked in. I am unable to remove it without possibly breaking it. Can anyone help please.
