Valiant combi compact boiler -low water pressure?

Hi we have been here 2 years and have an OLD Boiler as above VCW -GB 242 EH. The water needs filling up as it has zero pressure. The manual is useless, help please.

fill via filling loop right under the boiler connected to main water to flow boiler pipe look like silver pipe open to fill 1.2 bar
