We have had the dish washer repaired and works well except it does not use the washing tablet properly every time It is BoschnClassixx and we have follower the instruction book to dry
the tablet holder before putting one in at the start of the cycle.

You say tablet is left in bottom of dishwasher so the soap door must have opened, I suspect low water level due to the infamous pressure chamber and the hose from it to the sump being blocked, have described this on previous questions if you trawl through you will find it. Cheers
