you don`t say where it is broken about,is it flush with the head with the body completely broken off?they can be very awkward to get out,it may require gentle heating with a welding plant to get it turning but it also depends if there is anything to turn it with,an easy out may fit in,if all else fails then the head may have to come off to sort out your problem,if you do remove it and the threads get damaged then there are helicoil inserts which can be fitted but it all depends how badly it is broken into the head.
