my washing machine has stopped working i put on dryer and it would not work so then tried to spin still would not work. so i tried to put on a wash again and it filled up and then stopped completely. an eeror E20 came up at some point but i can not even drain it now. can anyone help asap?

Hi thanks ck slight issue water comes flooding out, I take it the only way to drain the machine if not working is through this method?

remove the filter bottom right.shine a torch in to the filter housing once filter has been removed and make sure the drain pump impeller rotates freely
E20 is a draining issue fault code
