Our new house has two bell boxes fitted, one at the front of the house,the other at the rear.Both fascia's are identical so i'am guessing the're both the same.

Problem, the one on the rear doesn't ring or flash, but has one green light unlike the one at the front which has two.does the absence of the 2nd light suggest a fault?,
I have looked in the user guide and there is no mention of the missing green light and why it flashes intermittently?.I'am thinking it could be the battery but i'am no expert,can anyone advise why it isn't ringing and flashing unlike the one at the front, and how to mend it . Thanks

the regs say a lot o fings alarm guy ,but as we all know,regs are made to be broken,and as e manno said,a lot o guys cant be bothered to fill in anything,we print our own log books,zones and visits are at the front,alarm specs are at the back,we find this helpfull :-)

NACOSS A5s , there's space to write all hardware fitted if the engineer/installer can be bothered.

Some do some don't , most don't want you to know anyway,it's worth checking :-)

Remove the sounders cover and all will be reveled.

If you are unsure then get someone in who can put your mind at rest, I could be wrong but there's only one way to find out so get your ladders out.
